Pricing
Unless otherwise stated, all prices shown are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Unless otherwise stated all prices are our standard prices and will usually remain the same for any particular item. By using our online service you agree that the price quoted at the checkout supersedes any price quoted on your purchase order.
 

Product Images.
Where possible the image shown represents the goods/services. However, certain pictures may represent a different manufacture, a generic form, a range of goods/services or an advertising image. In these cases the image does not necessarily accurately represent the product.
 

Retention of Title
All goods/services remain the property of our business until settled in full. We reserve the right to enter a customer premises to seize goods that have not been settled if deemed necessary.
 

When do these Terms and Conditions Apply?
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on this web site, by phone, or e-mail order.

 

Returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

This address is for the return of ordered products only and not for any other correspondence. In the first instance, contact British Superyacht via our Contact Page detailing the reason for return before dispatching the product.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.

Wrong Address - If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing tickets to events advertised on the British Superyacht website or through third-party platforms.  This policy is governed by the laws of England.

Event Advertising: Events are advertised on the British Superyacht website and may also be advertised through third-party platforms.  British Superyacht is not responsible for the accuracy of event information provided by third parties.

 

Ticket Purchase:  When you purchase a ticket for an event, you agree to these terms and conditions set out below.

British Superyacht Event - Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for any event organized by British Superyacht (a trading name of Marine Industry Support Services Ltd) ("British Superyacht"). By purchasing a ticket, you ("Ticket Purchaser," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. General

  • British Superyacht organizes and manages the event as detailed on the event website or promotional materials.

  • Marine Industry Support Services Ltd is the entity legally responsible for the event.

  • These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between British Superyacht and the Ticket Purchaser concerning the ticket purchase.

  • British Superyacht reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be effective upon being posted on the British Superyacht website. It is the Ticket Purchaser's responsibility to review these terms and conditions periodically.

2. Ticket Purchase

  • Tickets for the event are subject to availability.

  • The price of the ticket shall be as displayed on the British Superyacht website or ticketing platform at the time of purchase.

  • All ticket prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

  • Payment for tickets must be received in full at the time of purchase.

  • Tickets may be delivered electronically or physically, as specified during the purchase process.

  • It is the Ticket Purchaser's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information during the ticket purchase process.

  • British Superyacht is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.

3. Ticket Use

  • A valid ticket must be presented for entry to the event.

  • Tickets are for the personal use of the Ticket Purchaser and are not to be resold for commercial gain.

  • British Superyacht reserves the right to refuse entry to any person holding an invalid or unauthorized ticket.

  • The Ticket Purchaser is responsible for checking the ticket details to ensure they are correct.

  • Age restrictions, if any, will be specified at the time of purchase. Valid identification may be required to verify age.

  • Possession of a ticket does not confer any rights to use, alter, copy, or otherwise deal with any trademarks, logos, or intellectual property associated with the event.

4. Event Changes, Cancellation or Postponement

  • British Superyacht reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue, where reasonably necessary.

  • In the event of cancellation of the event by British Superyacht, the Ticket Purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price.

  • If the event is postponed, British Superyacht will offer the Ticket Purchaser the option to either:

    • Attend the rescheduled event.

    • Receive a refund of the ticket price.

  • British Superyacht is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses incurred by the Ticket Purchaser due to event changes, cancellation, or postponement, including but not limited to travel or accommodation costs.

  • British Superyacht's liability will be limited to the face value of the ticket.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by British Superyacht.

  • Requests for refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of the event cancellation.

  • Refunds will be made to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

6. Attendee Conduct

  • Ticket holders are expected to conduct themselves in an orderly and respectful manner at the event.

  • British Superyacht reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder who engages in unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to:

    • Being under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    • Being disruptive, aggressive, or offensive.

    • Failing to comply with instructions from event or venue staff.

  • The ticket holder is responsible for their own safety and belongings at the event.

7. Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, British Superyacht (including its employees, volunteers, and contractors) will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense whatsoever suffered by any person attending the event.

  • British Superyacht maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its own liabilities.

8. Data Protection

  • Any personal information collected from the Ticket Purchaser will be used in accordance with British Superyacht's privacy policy.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Force Majeure

  • British Superyacht shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is caused by a force majeure event, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, fire, flood, or other events beyond its reasonable control.

 

Fees: All fees are payable in pounds sterling (GBP).

 

Refunds:  All sales are final.  Fees are non-refundable, except in the event of event cancellation by British Superyacht.

Customer Information Forms: Event delegates/guests are required to complete the information as required on the form provided. British Superyacht are not responsible for the consequences of any inaccuracy or omission.

 

Event Cancellation:  In the unlikely event that British Superyacht cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price.  British Superyacht is not liable for any other costs incurred by the ticket holder, such as travel or accommodation.

 

Event Changes: British Superyacht reserves the right to make changes to event programs, dates, times, or venues without prior notice.  Where possible, ticket holders will be notified of any significant changes.

Soiree Events: Where available, ticket holders are entitled to one drink on presentation of a voucher or by alternative arrangements as detailed. British Superyacht do not supply food and beverage at Soiree events unless otherwise indicated.

 

Liability: British Superyacht’s liability for any event is limited to the ticket price paid.  British Superyacht is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

 

Data Protection:  British Superyacht will handle your personal data in accordance with its privacy policy.
