As a comprehensive training platform, the Academy addresses the mental, physical and emotional demands of working onboard superyachts. Featuring a suite of courses that integrate fitness training, wellness support and personal growth resources, it includes the Maritime Growth Programme (MGP) developed in conjunction with expert Tracey Jones. This strategic plan serves to empower crew members to negotiate demanding situations with enhanced resilience and confidence.

The Superyacht Fitness Academy, powered by Future Fit, includes a variety of e-learning courses that work across the following disciplines:

● Fitness: Fundamentals in crew fitness essentials

● Pilates: Wellness-focused Pilates training for balance and relaxation

● Sports Massage Therapy: Onboard health support techniques

● Nutrition: Dietary guidance for optimal health

● Health & Wellbeing: Comprehensive wellness practices

● Strength & Conditioning: Building expertise in marine-appropriate strength training

Each course is accredited by ROSPA and CIMPSA, adding valuable certification to a crew member’s professional profile, and enhancing career prospects in the competitive superyacht industry.

At the core of the Academy is the Maritime Growth Programme (MGP) developed in conjunction with expert Tracey Jones and designed specifically for crew members facing isolation, stress and the pressures of confined living onboard. The self-paced online course focuses on emotional literacy and stress management, equipping crew with key skills to handle the unique psychological complexities that superyacht life brings.
