Terms and Conditions for Membership Subscription to British Superyacht:

The term Britishsuperyacht.com or "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website, British Superyacht, which is a trading name of Marine Industry Support Services Ltd, whose registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ.

 

1. Membership Eligibility:

   1.1. Membership to British Superyacht is available to businesses that operate as a 'registered business' or sole trader.
   1.2  The business must be registered for VAT or sales tax in there country of their registered business address.
   1,3  The business must have an active website throughout the period of membership which advertises their products/services.

   1.4  The business must provide contact details to British Superyacht and appear on their website.
   1.5  The business must be provided products and services to the superyacht sector throughout their membership.

   1.6  The products/services in 1.5 must be clearly advertised on the member business website throughout membership.

    

 

2. Membership Fee:

   2.1. The membership fee for British Superyacht is payable annually in advance.

   2.2. Payment must be made using the accepted payment methods as specified on the website.

   2.3. Failure to pay the membership fee may result in suspension or termination of membership.

   2.4  The fee payable is advertised at the time of subscription at britishsuperyacht.com

   2.5  The fee may be changed at anytime and a member will be notified in advance of any changes.

   2.6  British Superyacht may offer discounts or incentives which can be altered or withdrawn without prior notice.

 

3. Membership Benefits:

   3.1. Members will have access to exclusive content, features, and services provided by British Superyacht.

   3.2. Membership benefits are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

 

4. Membership Renewal:

   4.1. Membership will automatically renew on an annual basis unless cancelled by the member.

   4.2. The membership fee for renewal will be charged automatically to the payment method on file unless cancelled.

 

5. Cancellation:

   5.1. Members have the right to cancel their membership at any time.

   5.2. To cancel membership, members must follow the cancellation process as outlined by British Superyacht.

   5.3. Cancellation requests must be received at least 10 working days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal charges and any associated fees and be made to 'membership@britishsuperyacht.com'

   5.4. Refunds will not be provided for partial membership periods.

 

6. Membership Suspension and Termination:

   6.1. British Superyacht reserves the right to terminate a member's access to its website at any time without prior notice.

   6.2. Termination may occur if a member violates the terms and conditions outlined herein.

   6.3  A membership may be suspended if the member business, its staff or representatives bring British Superyacht into disrepute.

   6.4  A membership may be suspended for engaging in unethical business practices (e.g., unfair competition, bribery, corruption).

   6.5  A membership will be suspended if a member business ceases trading.

   6.6  A membership may be by being subject to significant legal actions or regulatory sanctions that impact the industry.

   6.7  Sustained or severe complaints from other members of British Superyacht, or from clients of the member business

    

7. Privacy Policy:

   7.1. Members' personal information will be handled in accordance with the British Superyacht Privacy Policy.

   7.2. By becoming a member, individuals consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

 

8. Limitation of Liability:

   8.1. British Superyacht shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from membership or use of the website.

   8.2. In no event shall British Superyacht's total liability to a member exceed the amount paid for the membership fee.

 

9. Modification of Terms:

   9.1. British Superyacht reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, this includes membership plan pricing.

   9.2. Members are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically for changes.

 

10. Governing Law:

    10.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

    10.2. Any disputes arising from membership or use of British Superyacht shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

 

By becoming a member of British Superyacht, individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.
